Have you ever offered rent concessions to entice potential renters?

This reminds me of the discussion around pricing things at $x.99 instead of $x+1.00.EXAMPLE: $4.99 instead of $5.00Everyone "knows" that the price in the example is basically $5.So, why do billion dollar companies, spending more on marketing departments than everyone's combined income on this thread, STILL use the $x.99 pricing format?

Having a long-term rental while living abroad is do-able.Flipping houses while abroad, in my opinion, more difficult, especially if its your first go around with real estate.I would recommend taking a flight and staying in the area for a week and inspect the neighborhoods and make connections. You can reach out to @Elenis Camargo who has a PM company in Jacksonville.Best of luck though.

Seller said "He is not required to disclose water damage repair done"
8 January 2025 | 27 replies
The seller responded that since the issue was repaired and he believes there is no ongoing problem, he did not think it needed to be disclosed. When I asked him to extend the inspection period so I could follow up with the repair company and conduct my own inspection, he declined.I disagree with this interpretation.
