You have to understand that you're giving the tenant all of the protections in the world and yourself none, since they're allowed to back out anytime for any reason whatsoever with no financial penalty such as if they don't accept one of the terms in your lease agreement before signing.There are some great suggestions above on how to approach the issue delicately and affording you better security in renting out your property quickly!
