For $45/year, its probably worth it..... but the best way is still to cruise all the websites that renters will be cruising when they are looking.......

As we approach the final month of 2018, I see that its far too common for people to turn on "cruise control" and ease off the gas pedal with the holiday season in full swing and lose sight of some of the goals they set for 2018.

We are wanting to do a long term rental on a single family home with a dock for a 50 foot boat that we can use when not out cruising and can do a short term rental 5-6 months out of the year while we are away.

My money is low, I don't have money for marketing yet (direct mail campaigns), so I am cruising the properties that are listed.
