Wholesaling Mentor/Apprenticeship in Los Angeles in Exchange

I am looking to start my own wholesaling company this year but before I do id like to learn a few more hands on things. A little bit about me. I am an amatuer investor, I own 1 cashflowing property. I am very good at sales, I would say that's my expertise. I am actually the #1 agent if not top 3 every month and I work in call center selling cruises. Im looking for an experienced/succesful wholesaler that's willing to mentor me maybe even just one day but I'm open to more. In exchange I will offer my time to help with sales and or taking calls for your business, scheduling appointments, cold calling, putting paper work together, moving a deal down the pipeline, etc. Im sure I can provide a lot of value to your business.
