It's in pretty good condition but needs a few contemporary updates inside, but that's just my opinion.

.- There have been some nice recent changes in the neighborhood, mainly due to a new big house of worship and others within walking distance.

Soft to medium grays for wall paint colors look very soothing and contemporary; and wood (like) blinds will offer you the best ROI. 

Fingers crossed.Either that or since i'm not a resident of the state, I can join a church in Washington State and worship there to gain access to the local credit union... which could do the loan.

Our plan is to eventually relocate there and build a contemporary off-grid cabin where I will run my studio.There is additional acreage nearby that we can purchase.

Upgrade the unit with some higher end remote fans...I just got one from a japanese company for about $200 that's awesome and contemporary....looks like a plane prop.  

Only a few money makers that everyone worships and the hype can be comical.
