Hire an eviction lawyer and do not directly contact the tenant.

Agents are also advising you to look for expensive mistakes (like checking the sewer which could cost 5-40k) and using their network and contacts to find homes off market or FSBO.  

Look into contacting some builders that operate larger scale in your area.

However, now that my note has been securitized and I have the pooling number that it is in, I contacted the servicer and they refuse to answer any questions about this whatsoever.
