I've heard so many success stories on the BP podcast of people who've done really well with the buy-and-hold strategy and have the freedom to travel and not have to work a 9-5 (unless they want to, of course) and can pursue other interests, so that is a huge dream of mine too.

Follow-up question: if I hold the property after having bought it under the LLC's name, wouldn't I be subject to commercial rates instead of consumer rates when I go to refinance the construction loan into a permanent loan?

I want to know how to bring the capsule home in USA and make that available for consumer .. as there is definitely interest for such from consumer ..

Of all of the things that we do as a property management company, minding and managing housekeeping and repairs consumes about 70 percent of our time.  

House hacking will build skills and equity while staying at home would (ideally) save more money (utilities, food, consumables).
