Okay...a little about myself~I am from San Luis Obispo, California and graduated 2 years ago from Cal Poly with a business degree and a concentration in real estate development/finance, which is really cool because I have had great interest in all forms of real estate for about 10 years.

I've read it, and as Wheatie said, it tells you to concentrate on not wasting time and getting stuff done, as well as outsourcing just aobut everything so you don't need to take care of it...thus giving you freedom to do whatever you want

The market there is still very strong and we still hold Real Estate there even though we moved to America this year.We are now concentrating on flipping properties in Charlotte and buying REO's in Kansas City.We have a great HML in KC and we are negotiating a 22 package deal with him at present- no money down.

concentrate on one or the other and if your liucky, you'll make a decent leaving while starting out.you might find it helpful to get a job with a home builder as a cleanup guy until you get your license.
