It's hard to run when it is really cold or really hot outside.Optimal here is little to no wind about 75 with almost no humidity is perfect.This is only a few months out of the year here.I only run gravel compact at the park.The street sidewalks are bad on the joints and you inhale the car fumes.The treadmill at the gym is also bad impact on the knee joints.So I run when I can outside and then mix in the other items.This way I have indoor and outdoor exercises.You don't have an excuse and can stay consistent without mattering what they weather is doing.

You can not provide that level of service with a Telsa or compact car.Do NOT buy a vehicle for how others will perceive you because that will last about 5 minutes when you start talking to them about real estate; the real reason a buyer or seller will choose to work with you or not is the VALUE you bring to the transaction and not what you drive.

It has has been repaired using "compaction chemical grouting method" which is the normal method of repair for these type problems at least from what I find researching it.

I ended up going with one of their lines (called Nurture) that looks fairly high end but is pretty affordable- a full set of 2 soaps (one for the sink and one for the shower), shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, runs around $1.30 per bathroom, plus I supply toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving cream and razors, (also from Accent, average 40 cents each) but these rarely get used.

The front of the garage has 2 car side by side parking (for compact cars), and the back of the garage is inaccessible for a car.
