This entire thing is highlighting one of those viruses that seems to be getting undeserved notoriety, in the face of all the other viruses they have circulating in and out of China in general!

I've always felt a predatory nature around the comment of "blood in the streets"... but I get it the sentiment. 

They are projecting blood in the streets.

While it was circulating in Asia, it was primarily Older people (in their 70's & 80's with underlying health conditions) dying.

However, at this stage, we have a bit of an issue where seller's should dump to get their 'potentially' highest price but buyers don't want to buy to much and end up with negative equity due to a decline in real estate values or get hit with extension risk buying in below prevail market rates and returns.So I think we will see inventory circulating and may very well see the same inventory a couple of times before it finds an executable market price. 

So I thought I’d be proactive to keep my blood pressure down lol.
