Just like you may not see many personal homes owned by an entity, try to up the price point of the homes and you will see the opposite is true.High income individuals, millionaires, celebrities, don’t have their homes in their names...it may be “name LLC” but that’s still not under their name, its protected inside an entity.

It's actually a pretty interesting phenomena known as the Endowment Effect whereby the mere act of owning something makes it more valuable to that particular individual (and no one else, unless there's celebrity status attached). 

I know there’s a lot still to come, but it’s still worth taking time to celebrate it. 

The wellbeing part is very important because it helps with staying focused, motivated, persistent and all around positive / optimist approach. which is very important in a business where more often then not it takes time between we find the right deal = success.Therefore it is important to celebrate the success even if they are small ones.  

I just celebrated my 40th and have decided to give real estate investing a go.

I’d also look into seeing if it can used for local events such as a food festival, cultural festival, holiday celebrations, etc.
