Many traditional banks won’t touch them, and even DSCR lenders will avoid them if the build out is done prior the securing long term debt. 

- The inspectors aren't stupid and will see that everything is brand new and then research for permits.Also can't think how you can make this profitable.

We are continuing to do regular flips and wholesale deals,  4 new builds this year.

Hey Romeo, I would build up some cash flow and try to find some partners in your network that have the funds to get started in RE but are hesitant since they never purchased anything yet.

I currently work with investors in the states and out of the states to build a portfolio in Turn-Key, Single-family long-term rentals.

(do not trust me to build the house, but I do know how to qualify you FOR the house.)

Financing through a personal loan usually offers better rates and lower costs, but using an LLC builds business credit for future investments.
