The house will cash flow but the property comes with a great newly built barn with a slab and all.Now when my brother and I both left for college my parents had no use for a golf simulator that we had in our garage so they offered for me to use it at a property.This would for sure add a lot of value to bookings but I cant decide if the $50 - $100 a night or so increase (just a estimate) is a better option than spending the 40-60k to turn the barn into an ADU / separate dwelling to add cash flow and equity to the property. 

Over the years, it has served as a cherished vacation home, lovingly renovated by my grandfather, brothers, and myself.

It's clear to see Alot of people on this thread  don't want to share secrets but there's ways to do anything in real estate brother just have to connect w the right ppl & not the ones who are against competition

My brother and sister-in-law also purchased two properties right before us in January.

I didn’t think someone that was like a little brother to me would try to screw me out of a no brainer huge deal but it’s starting to look that way.

I then plan to invest in NYC or upstate NY with my brothers and the capital we have to invest is ~90k.

Neither my brother or myself smoke.
