Is it funny for a syndication to broadcast they lost all your money?

@Shane H.When I was a freshman in college I joined the campus radio station, there was a series of broadcasts (not mine) targeted at the university president... needless to say, there was a mandatory meeting for all on-air personalities called.. the facility advisor opened by saying somthing along the lines of “everyone has a righ to free speech, that being said, the average cost to defend a defamation lawsuit in the US is 300k (circa 2001), the station is not responsible for your speech, are you ready?”

I don't believe Michael Swan has any bad intention... the danger of his posting is that he is broadcasting a method that has not been tested out thru down cycles...Buying C at full valuation, 100% occupancy, high rent, in today's market, is dangerous.... period...There are times to buy C... that is when occupancy is at 40%....and that time come again...

The public can attend City Council meetings in person, and they are also broadcast online at http://www.ci.independence.mo.us/City7/VideoEvents , but I don't think there is a way for people to ask questions remotely.I found out about this from MAREI, a local real estate investment group that I am a member of.

As to the no eviction pronouncements,  why broadcast it so much? 

The Sunday broadcast is an improvement - covering mindset.
