We are starting to beef up and trying to take on any projects we can as opposed to letting them go for a wholesale fee, although, we have done that in the past dependent on current status.  

So I became a marketing guru with real estate as a by product.

I will definitely be beefing up that number very soon.

I see it as a necessary by product ( depending on the type of deal ) of being in the park business.  

This street is up, that street is down, the other street has been stagnant, the east end of this town is booming, the west end of that town is shutting down.Is beef farming land in Alberta 500km from the nearest oil well going down this month?

@Sabrina Taylor  clouding sellers title should be thought through carefully.this is what small claims court is all about.. if you have a beef over 600 bucks to there. if the judge agree's they will award you a money judgement. 

And as Account Closed said, you've got to get out and meet people face to face.This is challenging with a young child - I don't need to tell you that - so beefing up your support is vital.

I would not use full name or last name in any holding company as many will use it for privacy whereas using a name (especially a last name) let's everyone (including renters who may someday have a beef with you) know who you are

Beef up the trim around it.  

I definitely agree with Dan Mackin on this I am not on BP as much as I want and just looking at my past and current post I too would like to beef up my network national...thanks for pointing that out
