I will agree that missing the matching is free money and it would be a shame to miss it; however, a good note investor could earn 10%+ annually.

Commitment to a radically smaller government - I believe our "government programs" are a sham to promote individual dependence on a "system".

I am ashamed to admit it, but I keep them as is unless they are completely rotted out.

We buy and sell 40 plus homes a year in my market in Pittsburgh so this kind of thing happens all over the country and I see this from time to time and it is really a shame and in my humble opinion not a very good way to do business.
