How to find buyers for Turn Key properties?

I have 5 properties in Chicago, IL that I am looking to sell off. They currently have tenants living in them. They are currently producing income. I've been doing some research on finding hedge funds or property management companies that may be interested but so far all property management companies in the area have said they don't buy and I have not heard back from any hedge funds. Any ideas?

When I think of TurnKey I think of Mr. Morris-thats why.

Ah...   thats a shame.   When people think of turnkey they should think of the Clothiers and Memphis invest.

Or perhaps use the phrase "renovated, rented and performing investment properties"  LOL.
