If I have a co signer would they be a partner on the deal?

Curious if you have co-sponsored another deal or if you've brought on a co-sponsor for you own deal? 

Option B is to find a co-signer on the loan that can help meet the income requirements.With this route, you probably have more options looking at single-family's with up to two roommates. 

You won’t be able to get a loan unless you use a co-signer at a bank or borrow from family or friends.

I have dabbled in tax deeds and as a co-owner of a campground but now will take the plunge and get my license and truly help people with real estate.  

I want to bid on it so I call my real estate broker to help me but she said the seller doesn't pay a Co-op so she cant help me.

To make things easier I was added as a co applicant so we would get checks in birth our names so I can write them to close deals buy materials and pay contractors etc.

Would a co-signer with a high credit score help in these situations to get the refinance?

I set my mom as a co-owner for one of the homes and she can upload receipts when she handles stuff for me when I’m out of town.

I am wondering if anyone has any experience with obtaining a CO in Gloucester City, NJ and if there is any advice regarding that process.
