My girlfriend and I are wanting to start doing travel physical therapy and travel nursing together within the next year.

I do this with my place, 3br but 1 is an office with some free weights yoga mat and it does really well.

I'm thinking used Peloton ($1500), nice tread mill,  a bench, full set of dumbbells, some kettle bells, yoga mats, jump rope, exercise ball, punching bag, etc. 

Which does NOT include other things you can be sued for, such as wages lost, state law regulations (check local wrongful death statutes), physical therapy, litigation fees, etc.

A Service Animal, which he noted in this post, is different then a ESA or therapy animal.

But wanting this house to function perfectly  and be desirable as a single family home if need be.That being said, I designed it in such a way that all 4 bedrooms have an amazing view, yet complete privacy as they can't look at the  other bedrooms and have the feeling of being alone in the desert surrounded by Joshua trees.Every bedroom has it's own bathroom and direct access to the pool, spa and trails directly though  the large sliders located  in each  room.I have a large kitchen, living, dining space in the middle of  he house so everyone can get together to enjoy the view, pool and  outdoors.Of course, a game/yoga room and activities are always a big plus.I hope this somewhat answers your question.
