I'd personally say pulling your water heater out and replacing with a wall mount on demand one, would be worth the cost to have in unit washer dryer if you are staying there or renting it, it would be worth it.its always worth doing the big stuff well and correct even if you are cleaning up after someone, the long term hold always prevails, its just a little frustrating front sometimes, but hang in there!

Takes a lot of work don’t get me wrong but it was so worth it.  

And the real benefit of real estate that makes it worth the hassle is appreciation.

Is it worth it to put in central heat and air?

I would never work with them again because the small discounts just is not worth the headache.

It might be worth a follow-up closer to the move-out date to confirm their plans, but avoid excessive contact to prevent escalation.

Also turns out we had some important mail go there etc… so civil correspondence ended up worth it.
