It helps that I do the pre employment drug screens before they can get in the plant.  22 houses, 82 beds, 60 televisions, 40 bathrooms.  6 months of rent pays for a house, 1 month of rent pays for furniture/appliances. 

Everything you buy…furniture, clothes, televisions, jewelry, stereos, cellphones, computers….everything depreciates so where does it end?

It is just taking market share away from traditional television.

The heat it usually not a issue, because of the distance between fire place and the television especially if a mantle is built for the fire place. 

The popular television show "Tiny House Nation" will definitely put a bit of a push on the possibilities.  

I saw on television this morning that the mafia unions trying stop Detroit from filing bankruptcy.

It also had a very large living room, with 3 televisions, with VCR's and a stereo.  

Who needs a television show (with disgruntled employees and disillusioned viewers) when you can flip houses.
