They are a legit company, but there really isn't all that much information on them from agents who have partnered with them.The training is supposedly very good though, so they might be worth joining if you are new to it all.

I supposed I was being a bit ambitious but also knew a property manager would probably be the easiest way to handle it.  

Continuing with torch down or variants that are supposed to extend life further are fine.
