so even with a company that advertises 100% financing your going to need 3k up front another 600.00 for submission and you will need EM deposit for the property .. make sure your contract has an out when the lender turns you down.. you dont want to also lose your deposit.. and keep in mind 100% financing is going to be looked at very carefully ..

@Byron Paille lenders wont need to draw up the contract, its more about structuring the loan correctly on submission.
