For a rental, I don’t think I’d mess with those older mobile homes with aluminum siding, because renters will have it all dented up and there’s no way to fix it.

Paint the fascia, install shutters, install a black porch light over the garage door, build a small retaining wall to left of the front porch for landscaping, paint the vent over the front porch, replace the wood balusters on the porch to black aluminum....anything to give it some contrast and break up the white.

i wouldnt do knob and tube,, hell no, is it aluminum wiring as well,. calculate the deal with full remodel with everything brought up to todays standards and codes

Aaron, Here is some general info on insuring the property that I posted previously: Here are some things to look for from an Insurance prospective:1.Any in-ground tanks (active or inactive)2.Any Knob & Tube or Aluminum Wiring3.If built before 1978, does the building have Lead Safe certifications4.Any wood stoves or secondary heating units.
