And, of course, it's not free - you have to pay administration fees, find an independent trustee, etc. 

The Connecticut administrative regulations (and many leases) provide a 10 day grace period.

Trust administration? 

There have been some complaints  from investors on the administration side  alleging: improper reporting of tax information, lack of updates on problem investments and  other customer service issues.  

Currently I go to school for hospital administration and it also teaches about marketing and real estate on a certain level.I also listen to podcasts in my spare time and try to soak in as much knowledge as possible.
