After I read the thread “10 reasons people are successful in business†that got into a long, spirited debate where among other things the necessity of the coaching/mentoring/guru was called into question I got fired up.Obviously there is a need for trainers just like there’s a need for professors at a university.

I would just use a GC for necessities that require a gc... like HVAC, roof.. 

The original listing was closer to $175,000, which would not have made sense at all based on the location and necessity for a new roof.

If I was going to just sell the house, I was going to do only the necessities and then put it up on the market.

I would hope that this company is encouraging prospective clients to engage the services of a third party appraiser, rather than brushing off the necessity of an appraisal as an unnecessary annoyance.On the one hand, I'd like to say this is a new outfit that just has more business than they expected.

DO NOT allow an attorney try to sell you on the necessity of doing a wrap note where the seller is the lender. 

Ten thousand dollars in the bank or a million dollars makes no difference as long as we have the necessities to live comfortably.I have more than enough money to retire and even gave my children about 18 houses that were paid off.

Definitely pays for itself in just saving you time and relieving some headaches but it's not an absolute necessity to have. 

A private utility company is a company that provides any everyday necessity of power or water for profit.  

Hopefully you closed with Actual Rents and are now only to improve your profitability as a future growth, NOT a necessity.
