I live in a cold climate - in Minneapolis, MN and am just getting started in real estate.

I'm a fellow investor based out of Minneapolis. 

I am looking to see if there is anyone in the Minneapolis, MN area that is experienced in this area?

I'm hearing lots about wholesaling in Ohio, Minneapolis, Birmingham, etc.  

toby- thanks for the post. i havent really looked much at interest only bc there is such a negative connotation around the idea (the wife is not a big fan). i should probably do some research and come to her w knowledge instead of "i think" it works this way...i just want the 30 yr fixed rate to get down to 5.5 then i can lock and be happy. i am not in a huge hurry as i live in minneapolis and it is tough to build a new deck w frozen ground!
