Hey, guys....

1.  Is this Larry Goins Filthy Riches program legit?  Can you buy and trade real estate online and not lose your shirt?

2.  I'm hearing lots about wholesaling in Ohio, Minneapolis, Birmingham, etc.  How can an out of stater get these things under contract? Buy cheap reos and flip them for a small profit?  How would I go about double closings in these areas?  Transactional funding? I'm researching other markets with cheaper properties and less competition.  This LA Market is crazy competitive!!!!!  What do you think?
