We have a bay-side waterfront property under contract in Panama City Beach.

New Jersey, Bay Area is top performing, we are appreciating at least 4-5% annually.

In the bay area i'm looking for REI clubs. 

Once the urine is in there it seems to cause future pets to also "go"I am interested in the Reno area, I have been there many times, in public but did not notice a lot of dog owners , at least compared to Bay Area or central Oregon where dog ownership seems high.  

In our city (Bay Area),  inspections are done every two years.

Hi Abdul,I just backed out of lots purchase in Galveston Bay breeze area few weeks ago because from my findings on the HOA and certain restrictions.

I'm chatting with a guy who has a 5/2 SF house in the Tampa Bay area and he's renting out 5 rooms on a month-to-month basis.

BTW, this is in the SF Bay Area in a rent controlled and tenant friendly city so it's next to impossible to evict.  

I moved up from the Bay Area about 5 years ago, and yes - prices and rents have jumped significantly.
