I'm active within a women's volunteer organization, the Junior League of Denver, and am looking for someone to come speak to our group in January on the topic of financial fitness and general financial planning Q&A with a group of around 40 women from the denver-metro area.  

So many are out of their league if you even start talking about anything other than a single family home.  

Two sons and little league made me realize building roads was not the way I wanted to parent.  

If you want to play in the big leagues in this industry, it’s going to take more than zeal and a tailored suit.

I lived for many years in League City, TX so I have a good idea about area myself but subscribed to your monthly newsletter anyway.

I am aware I am out of my league. 

I've lived at the beach in Newport Beach, CA for 24 years as a renter, the last 12 or so waiting/hoping for CA to come down into my league like it was in 2000-2004, but obviously that hasn't panned out : '). 

We all have paying W2 jobs and  smaller Multi (up-to 3 units) experience, looking to scale up to bigger league.
