Multi family properties in Greater Houston - looking for realtor

Hello BiggerPockets community!

I am interested in multi family properties that offer seller financing as an option as well as ones which can be bought by using FHA loan or any low down payment option to house hack. I am planning to move back to Texas in during summer 2017, so any help would be appreciated.

I am looking for experienced, investor friendly realtor in Greater Houston who can help me to achieve that goal.
