Not sure the logic here, if she’s concerned about her rash spreading or what - bottom line we need to make the W/D public.We’d like to do the following but wondering if anyone has any legal or other feedback on this plan:Write a second letter that says they have a choice, either sell us the washer dryer or they will be disconnected and we will install new ones in their place.

I think the disconnect here is occurring because they mainly focus on finding family homes instead of potential real estate investments.

Depending on how bad is the foundation state (how many inches you have to correct), is very possible the sewer line will disconnect/break in the horizontal portions.

Along the back of the house both downspouts have been disconnected allowing the majority of the water from the roof to dump into these two locations right next to the house.

Legal side, you can legally sell it but asset protection needs to be disconnected with an attorney, if that’s your main goal.

If you install a new furnace, and opt to not install a new evaporator coil and condensing unit, you will pay almost double in labor, as the company will have to disconnect all of the furnace attached duct work, to install a new evaporator coil, as well as evacuate and vacuum the system down, a second time, when you decide to install the new outdoor section.

I believe this is because all the downspouts along the back of the house are disconnected allowing water to just flow along the side of the foundation?

I would love to 1031 it into another property but that doesn't disconnect me from the current partnership.We also considered a cash-out/refi and then selling, but I am not sure if that makes sense.
