We have been eating with paper plates and cups since September 1st, and since we can't store anything in the kitchen, our dining room has become a storage area with plastic shelves, boxes and a china cabinet that acts as a pantry. 

Generally, it has fixtures toilets vanities etc .

Should I consider putting in simpler light fixtures to appeal to the masses?

The owner may have trashed it on their way out to "get back at the man" or maybe they stole all the cabinets, doors, copper pipe and fixtures to fund their meth addiction.

I am a contractor in Atlanta and a $15/sqft rehab is basically interior paint, paint cabinets, countertop, new tile, new fixtures, flooring, etc but you have no room for any system upgrades or any problems to arise (rotted floors, faulty wiring, etc)

(Moving a toilet, installing a double-sink vanity, etc...)Do I have to tear it all out of can I use any of the existing fixtures?

Would anyone like to meet for a cup of coffee or a drink and share some insight, first round is on me!

Some new bathroom fixtures were added and the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen are new.
