@Franco Urbaez You are definitely incurring more risk, but I do not feel it will correlate to higher insurance premiums.Insurance carriers will look for you to have a waiver for tenants to sign and definitely signage stating "Use at your own risk" type language.

I’ve been working for the USPS as a mail processing clerk for the past three years - I handle and organize letters and packages (via methods of machine sorting and hand sorting) for the carrier routes the next morning.Overall, the post office has treated me well, putting fairly decent checks in my pocket with some pretty sweet benefits to go along with them.

If you have one of the larger carriers who write their own property insurance such as American Family, Farmers, State Farm - they should be able to write you a policy.

Additionally if you read in the Carrier HVAC warranty it talks about systems being installed in rental properties and the warranty Not being transferable.If you are a professional landlord, then you are performing the regular recommended HVAC and Heat system maintenance items.
