With dad absent for most of my childhood (for reasons unbeknownst to me), my mom did everything she could to keep the bills paid, a roof over our heads, and food on the table.

Just some food for thought to help navigate the analysis paralysis; we have often found that looking what our long/short term goals are as a whole and for the particular investment itself is incredibly helpful in feeling better about the decision that is being made.

Now for medium term rentals we supply it all except we don't go over the top and supply food items like oils and spices.

The trust receives property, money, jewelry and it is a shelter against suits, defers taxes and has a checkbook for most anything but food, fun or fashion.

Just food for thought, why not find a better deal WITH equity and better cash flow?

I had an idea of "renting" spots to food trucks for the day/weekend.
