Masonry work/tuck pointing can become a huge cost too.  

That would then give me enough real estate for someone to tuck a dresser in the alcove created and leave the remaining floor space for a bed and foot traffic.

I know that you need to dress respectfully, but is tucked in shirt and dress pants or suit and tie really necessary.

The amount of data out there, finding ownership is pretty easy, even if tucked away in entities.I have my own company I am starting where I am marketing to apartment owners.

Scope is digging out basement, tuck point, permits, architect, engineer, chimney removal, re configuring HVAC, and everything else.
