@Kenny Bao typically I’ve found my work in connecting in off market deals 100+ units has left me spinning my tires.  

I document my inspection with photos so the condition is recorded from that point forward.

I will look into these elements for this property to get a better understanding of what my options are.

The easiest way to find and connect with wholesalers is either bigger pockets or by googling "sell my house fast in (town name)" although that may cost them a click for google ads.
