Should i offer to have him look for another living situation?

I didn't sign up with FlipSystem since I thought putting my $15,000 towards down payment or renovation costs was better for my situation. 

So, yes, it's a great idea to require for situations like this one, not just for the tenants' personal belongings.

Have you been able to hone in on the RE investing strategy that you feel makes the most sense for your situation?

My situation is this:  I am due to inherit some crop land soon and would like to get deeper into residential rentals rather than cash-renting the land. 

I think it's just easier that way and it eliminates all the stress from the vision of your business.

I'm not looking for advice on investing; instead, I'm just learning about other investors and perhaps hearing from others in my particular situation.

I've recently had the roof replaced and fully updated the common areas.Here's a breakdown of the situation: The units are currently marketed as furnished rentals (cashflow well), and based on the current income of the 4 units I own, I anticipate that all 6 units combined will gross $182,400 annually.
