I’m thinking I can just customize different templates to create my own.I have an LLC and test I was the registered agent and there are articles of incorporation, but I need to revise everything to fit what my partner and I are doing with this Flip.

These developments are incorporated--hence, are corporations, and run like corporations, for the good of only the corporation.

Incorporating all that into copy that's easy to read and creating that warm and fuzzy feeling so they'll sell to me, is a totally different game.

We are wanting to gain information about incorporating, an insurance umbrella, rolling all our properties into an LLC, and protecting our personal assets from a lawsuit.

@Andrew Bertram: You should not remediate but coat it with a very secure and thick paint that seals in all the asbestos fibers, which are the source of the problem.

Evictions, contracts, litigation, incorporation advisement/formation...?
