As for whether is is a good way to get properties, it all depends on if you did your home work and checked the comps.

The numbers look often look really good, but if you want to go this route do your homework.

While others would come to class without their homework done because they were reading about an interest of theirs, I never missed an assignment.

Whomever you work with make sure to do plenty of homework.

and you are talking to an agent  that is ok with offering 100 offer, and get them all rejected. but it's not efficient.The problem with working with investors that does these 2 a day offer, low ball offer, THEY DON'T REALLY DO THEIR HOMEWORK.  

I feel like I have really done my homework and now it's time for 'trial by fire'.
