So in the last 12 months these are some of those kinds of unusual expenses:- replace oil tank $1800- replace Bilco door wrecked by tenant $950- replace sewer pipe clogged with roots $2000- repair neighbors gutters that were destroyed by one of our trees $250Anyone else have unusual/extenuating expense stories?

Mainly because the septic field of the house was just repaired and its all dirt, an animal can really destroy it fast.

It is about a good candidate with a Pet, they could leave in a year or 5 years to me it is the same peoples plans change all the time so base the decision on if you want a pet in the unit and if you think there pet won't destroy it.
