CB Poynor called to see if I could help sell his 18,000 acre ranch in south Texas, near the Mexico border.

Hard to do that so remotely.I have a group of people I work with right across the Indiana border from South Holland and Lansing.

We have a big back round in rehabs, flips and construction from the contractors stand point, it seemed natural to cross over into the other side of the business. 

This area is more classic strip malls and suburbia though, which as more traditionally been Spokane's identity.There is also a lot of growth out in Spokane Valley and Liberty Lake as you get closer to the Idaho border.

Going over the border there is the NH RE Mastermind in Nashua.  

As a free market guy, as most entrepreneurs are, I think it's ridiculous that free trade is restricted in any way, whether it's with real estate short sale purchases, reselling with FHA financing, or health insurance being unable to cross state lines.  

I would look anywhere up and down parts of North Jersey that borders NYC or not too far away. 

Cross streets are Hurlbut and Sandrock.4) I don't think this property is located close enough to the beach or other attractions that could justify the Air BnB.
