When I put these lists into my skiptracing software, which list of names do I include?

I don't have the software anymore to dump data into and run an analysis.

Do you want to do handyperson work, learn quickbooks, do research to find good deals, knock on doors to look for people who want to sell their house, push paper, learn about how to promote on Social Media, use software to show people what a house could look like (like on Property Brothers)? 

I've since spent real time building a network and learning the Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge/ Sevierville market.I have a slightly different take than most on cabin management, meaning I spend a lot of time playing with pricing and minimum nights (the software pricing algorithms have not been accurate in my experience).
