One of my rentals is on septic, and I have had problems with roots down there.I know very little about what piping and installation cost as I have never had to replace pipes in a property before.I am curious if the BiggerPockets community believes my plumber's quote below is reasonable or what questions you would need answered to understand if this quote is reasonable.

There's acreage limitations to preserve the zoning situation that I'm in, and if I go below 5 acres then I can only be single family residential. that doesn't mean I need the land for any other reason than to preserve zoning.
