Technology has enabled communication with a remote CPA through phone calls, emails, skype etc.

Technology is great!!

When I get into 2nd gear I'll start looking into extra technology and info.

The technology has come along way.

However, for the technology challenged, we also developed an excel spreadsheet to summarize month by month property by property activity, which works for some investors, too.  

Pittsburgh PA is a city on the rise due in part to the technology boom in our area, a strong established healthcare system, A Mayor and our County Executive who are very proactive on initiatives that are attracting big businesses, a strong recovering economy and the continuation of new construction.

About me: originally from Brazil, I have been in Silicon Valley for the last 18 years, my career has been in technology, specifically in sales, and after having hours upon hours of conversations with a friend who is a real estate investor for the last 20+ years, we came to the conclusion that real estate is the best and safest return for your investment.

I'll admit, I'm a little obsessed with using technology to make things easier.

He is in Brewer, but with technology the way it is, I don't think I go into the office more than twice a year.
