Both property management companies that I was referred to so far are good (pillario in indianapolis, goebel realty in vanderburgh) I will know more once they both have tenants in place and I get to see what type of lease they have in place.   

.- no fee/ low fee realtor brokerage (commfree, 1% realty etc.) - actually they charge more than what it shows in the ad.- direct marketing through kijiji, facebook, reach out to my real estate investor friends for direct sale or another rent to own - this is what I am doing now.- 1% fee realtor website (bodecanada) - this is pretty new and I start to put my property there- rent out to tenants - this is what I am doing nowMy property is half duplex with illegal walk out basement suite so I rent out upstairs for $1200 and basement for $700.

I was recently refered to RMI Realty Group in Birmingham by a friend of mine that does both SFH and commercial.

But to be honest, I am not looking to become a millionaire, I am just looking to add 3k USD to my residual income with US realty and then my canadian stuff will do the rest and I can retire at 40 ;)Also looking at Irish land too to get EU citizenship ;) but that's another game.
