Paid $1300 for new stainless, microwave, stove and dishwasher electric. 

I spent the first 12 years of my working life in restaurants, starting at the bottom of the food chain as a dishwasher and working my way up to an Executive Chef position.

I believe that she's got deep humility to accept that she don't know it all.The idea of buying a house dawn on us when our first floor neighbor finally moved out because she can't take the noise made by our second floor neighbor and more importantly, when the latter (the second floor neighbor) complained to the management about us on the third floor being noisy.

I install fixtures, sinks, dishwashers etc.  

The kitchen is small and there was previously no dishwasher.  

For repairs, he complains about the dish washer not working correctly and leaking from time to time.

I was renting in Black Rock for a couple of years and at that point knew what my neighbors below me and I paid in rent, so one day it dawned on me to put the house value in a mortgage calculator and compare the monthly payment to the rents us tenants were paying the man.
