I'm in the same boat as you but for different reasons.

Thoughts of sugar plums and fairies danced in the home buyers minds  to refinance in a few years and pull equity out for the new car,boat, vacation,etc.  

I hear ya :)  when I think about it... its Hollywood what sounds better its the end of a racing movie their is your star in his suit and his Le Mans car.. you roll the credits and say he got a rare form of cancer from Asbesto's because he was a swabby on a boat in the war.. or you say its in those cool looking racing suits... :)
