Just did some research on this, and military.com says:First, for purposes of protection under the SCRA, the lease must be signed by the servicemember, or on behalf of the servicemember (by the use of a power of attorney.)

It heats a duplex so I am also looking for a way to split out the gas so each unit gets their own bill from the power company.At any rate, to answer your question about using a on-demand water heater to supply the water for your heat.

Install Cadet heaters in each room at about $120 each you will save money in the long run.How is the water heater powered ie gas or electric and who is paying for that utility?
