Abandoned property is it worth it?

Hi BP,

I've seen an abandoned property in my neighborhood. It's been vacant for at least 2 years and boarded up. Other homes on the street are well kept. And, there's a lot of rehabs in the area.

I'm wondering if this a potential deal or something I should not pursue. As a newbie, I'd like to vet.

I'll do my due diligence, but wonder if its worth it?

@Britt M.

You cannot lose if anything it will be good practice. Start with the neighbors see if they know anything about the property.

Google the address and former owners name.

Good luck

Paul
